Yes, we do! At Celina Mae, shipping is always free, no matter where you are in the world. No hidden costs, just timeless pieces delivered with love!

Our standard delivery time is between 5 to 12 working days, depending on your location. Most orders arrive sooner, but we recommend allowing the full window just in case.

You can easily track your order anytime via the “Track Your Order” section at the bottom of our website. Simply enter your order details and you’ll see exactly where your package is.

Because we process orders automatically through our system to ensure fast shipping, we’re unfortunately unable to cancel orders once they’ve been placed. If you no longer wish to keep your item, you're always welcome to contact us after delivery to arrange a return. Our team will be happy to guide you through the process and support you every step of the way!

Since all orders are processed in real-time, we’re usually unable to make changes once your order has been confirmed — including address edits, size adjustments or product swaps. However, if you’ve made a mistake, please email us right away at support@celine-mae.com with the correct details. While we can’t guarantee changes, our team will always do their best to help if the order hasn’t been sent yet.

Sometimes confirmation emails end up in your spam or promotions folder. If you still haven’t received anything after 15 minutes, please reach out to our customer care team via support@celine-mae.com and we’ll resend it to you right away.

Yes, you can. If your item doesn’t fit or you’ve changed your mind, you’re welcome to return it within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Yes, a track and trace code is required to ensure your return arrives safely at our warehouse. Without tracking, we’re unable to process a refund.

Once your returned item has been received and approved by our team, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once it’s done.

Each product page includes a detailed size chart with measurements in cm and inch, so you can find the best fit for you. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing it to the chart before placing your order — especially if you're between sizes or unsure!

If you're between sizes, feel free to email us at support@celine-mae.com. Our team is happy to advise you based on the specific fit of the item (for example, whether it runs true to size, small or oversized). In most cases, we recommend choosing the larger size for the most comfortable and flattering fit!

No worries, if the size isn’t quite right, you’re always welcome to return the item within 14 days of delivery. Just make sure it’s unworn and in its original condition. We’ll guide you through the return process!
