Cancellation Policy

At Celine Mae, your order means more to us than just a transaction — it’s a promise of beauty and care on its way to you. Because we begin processing each order right away to avoid delays, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate cancellations once an order has been placed.

Why Can’t Orders Be Cancelled?

Once your order is confirmed, it’s immediately forwarded to our fulfilment team for packing and dispatch. This process begins almost instantly, especially to ensure smooth international delivery.

Due to the speed of this system, we are unable to intercept or cancel orders once they’ve been submitted — particularly if they’re already being packed or are in transit. At that point, your parcel is already on its way, making it impossible for us to reroute or stop it.

What If I No Longer Want the Item?

If you’ve had a change of heart and no longer wish to receive your order:

  1. Please allow the parcel to be delivered.

  2. Once received, submit a return request within 14 days by following our return instructions.

  3. As soon as your return is received and approved, we’ll process your refund based on our return policy.

  • We do not cancel orders due to sizing concerns, delayed delivery or a change of mind once the order has been placed.

  • Please double-check your product selection, sizing and address before completing your purchase.

  • If you made a mistake while ordering, our team is happy to help. While we can’t cancel the order, we’ll gladly support you with return instructions or, where applicable, partial refunds or store credit.
